Please note: DMCA notices that do not contain the required information listed above may not be processed.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent containing:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice
- Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and our policies, we will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We define a repeat infringer as any user who has been the subject of more than two (2) valid DMCA takedown notices.
False DMCA Claims
Please be aware that filing a false DMCA takedown notice is a serious matter. Under the DMCA, you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that content infringes your copyright. Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of the content may be protected under the fair use doctrine or the fair dealing provisions under Indian copyright law.
